“This year LUG will truly be a tour de force of Lustre developers, users and vendors. I am so impressed with the range of technical topics, with lots of focus and energy around what comes next. It’s very exciting to see,” said Norman Morse, CEO of OpenSFS. “If you’re involved in the Lustre community – or want to be – we hope to see you in San Diego!”

Lustre community is celebrating one of Lustre’s biggest years with multiple new Lustre installations worldwide and a breaking of 1 TB/sec data access speed barrier. LUG 2013 will have presentations from key Lustre developers, eight different research institutes, nine different major hardware and software vendors, a case study in financial services, multiple OpenSFS working group meetings, and more.

LUG 2013 will feature three days of presentations from Lustre users and developers on select Lustre features, future enhancements, and site-specific Lustre experiences.
